How to report
- To report a specific listing or supplier profile: use the “Report this listing” button on the page concerned.
- For any other concern: write to compliance@commercin.com. Please describe what happened, when, who is involved, and attach any evidence you have.
What happens next
We acknowledge every report within 7 days, review it carefully and confidentially, and take the action that is needed, which may include removing content, suspending an account or informing the authorities. Where possible, we let you know the outcome.
Confidentiality and protection
You can report anonymously, but giving your name helps us follow up. We keep the identity of the person reporting confidential and share it only where the law requires it. We do not tolerate any retaliation against a person who reports a concern in good faith. Knowingly false reports may lead to the closure of the reporting account.
